Our recipe

Preparation of the dough
➤ Ingredients for 4 people: 250 g of flour, 30 cl of semi-skimmed milk, 20 g of sugar, 1 sachet of baking powder, 3 eggs, 40 g of butter and 1 pinch of salt.
➤ Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt and yeast) in a salad bowl.
➤ Add the milk and mix thoroughly.
➤ Add the eggs, then mix again.
➤ Gently melt the butter (in the microwave at low power or in a bain-marie).
➤ Pour over the previous mixture and whisk vigorously to obtain a smooth paste.

Cooking
➤ Preheat your pan for a few minutes.
➤ Place your mold in the center of the pan (it must be firmly pressed to the surface).
➤ Optional, but highly recommended for clean unmolding: using a brush, very lightly oil each location.
➤ Fill each location without overflowing, at least two-thirds full, depending on the desired thickness (while filling, make sure to keep the mold firmly pressed against the pan).
➤ Cook over low/medium heat until the surface of the pancakes solidifies slightly.
➤ Gently lift the mold, using one of the handles, to check the cooking level, according to your taste.
➤ When your pancakes are cooked enough, grab the two handles, lift the pan and turn it over.
➤ Let the other side cook.
➤ Gently press each pancake to remove it from the mold.
➤ It's ready!
